Computers and People

Computers and people. So different yet so much alike.

Both computers and people do not do what you want them to do when you want them to do it.

They can both break down at any point in time.

They aren’t as fast as you need them to be.

Both can be quite costly to keep in tip top shape.

When facing a malfunction, bring in a third party to help resolve the situation. It’s priceless.

Both have fading memories.

Both can get too full for more.

They both have a way of disregarding other people’s feelings.

When they’re on, they’re both on.

When they’re off, well, they are also quite off.

Both eventually die.

My computer is teetering on the verge of death.

There are many differences between people and computers. The most glaring one is that people have a soul that must respond to a creator. Those who respond positively live eternally.

Computers, well….let’s hope the apple geniuses know how to do computer CPR.

I’m heading back to woodfield mall and I’m not happy about it.

Computers and people. I’m glad I’m the latter.
